CUSTOM ORDERS:

WE SPECIALIZE IN CUSTOM ORDERS. Minimum order $100 per design. Call for production schedule. 50% down with order. Subject to 5-10% overrun/underrun, depends on item.

MINIMUM ORDER:
$35.00 ($5.00 service charge on orders less than minimum)

INVOICE TERMS:
2%-10 Net 30 to customers with approved credit. Others shipped COD, payment in advance or credit card. Interest of 1-1/2% per month will be assessed on past due accounts. Invoices paid with credit card will be assessed a 3% charge if paid more than 15 days after date of invoice.

FREIGHT/SHIPPING:
All prices are FOB our warehouse. All claims for damaged or lost merchandise must be made directly to the transportation company. However we will assist you with claims.

GUARANTEE:
You must be satisfied with the quality of every product you get from Kasdorf Mfg., Inc., or we will replace or refund the merchandise. We have been manufacturing our product with American black walnut 50 years and continue to provide the industry with the finest merchandise available.
